Can I bathe with my jewelry?
No, we recommend always removing jewelry before bathing / showering. This will ensure that your jewelery stays clean and shiny for as long as possible. In particular, crystals can dull if exposed to chlorine/salt water.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return / exchange the goods, for a full refund or a coupon in our store. The goods arrived damaged, what should I do?
We try to pack the goods fairly and safely so that they arrive safely. If, however, one of the products arrives damaged, it is most likely that there was an error during transport. In this situation, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an attached photo, name and order number. We will send the new product back to you immediately.
How should I pack the jewelry I want to claim?
Keep the jewelry in its original box, wrap it in bubble wrap and send it in a larger envelope to our address.
I received the wrong product in the package / something is missing, what should I do? We are human too and sometimes we make mistakes. If this happens to your package, please write to us immediately after receiving it at email@example.com - name, order number, photo of the contents of the package and what specifically you are missing. We will resolve the situation immediately and send you the missing goods as soon as possible.
In the package I received a discount coupon for 100 CZK for me, how can we use it?
When placing your order, enter the code from your coupon in the field "INSERT DISCOUNT COUPON" in the basket and the discount will be credited to you immediately.

My discount code is not working, what should I do?
Please check if you already have discounted products in your cart. Discount codes do not apply to goods that are on sale. If you have one product at a discount and one at full price in your cart, the code will only discount the second one. If this is not the case, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately look into it.
My payment didn't go through when ordering, I placed the order, but it shows as unpaid, what about it?
The easiest and fastest option is to write to us at email@example.com , we will cancel the order and create a new one.
The second option is to send money to account number 115-7942760267/0100 . In the VS field, write your order number that you have in your e-mail. As soon as the money is credited to the account, we will ship the package on the next working day.
